The Villa Tropical Cocoon is located in a quiet residential area on the heights of Bophut. This lovely accommodation is particularly exotic and can accommodate 6 guests. Our Villa well furnishes with all modern comfort, with three bedrooms, one king-size bed and two with queen size, all with private bathrooms, Air conditioning, and ceiling fan. American kitchen, small wine cellar, Italian expresso coffee machine, air dry electric cooking pot, large fridge and congelation partition, microwave, electric oven, kitchen island with stools. All pots, pans, and crockery. A large living room, with two seater sofa, coffee table, flat television, Apple box, international TV box. Dining room six seater table. Outside salon, sofa, three seaters, two large armchairs facing saltwater private swimming pool equipped with three sun bed. Garden with automatic led lights. The place is tastefully decorated, without ostentation. Practical and functional, this house will delight you thanks to its environment and the many services it offers with, as a bonus, a value for money of the most attractive.
With respect to the neighbors, after 10 Pm to 9 Am, music and noise shall be at a reasonable level.

Laundry Room
You can use a fully functional washing machine, dryer, pressing table, and iron to wash your cloth at your convenience. We did not provide the detergent and softener.
Vehicles Rental
Villa is located on the heights; the access road is convenient and easy, and you can reach Villa easily with any kind of vehicle or scooter. We also have a Ford Ranger 3.2L for rent at the property.
Airport Transfers
The Villa Manager can book private transfer services (surcharge). He will quickly grab/drop you off from/to the airport, one car for four people or a minivan
Maid
The Maid is available three days per week for cleaning and daily villa cleaning. Bedsheet change once a week and bath towel twice a week or if necessary

Our Villa Manager, Mme Patty, is a local native Thais lady who is very helpful, and she is in charge of your comfort, villa maintenance, or any help needed

Location
Terms & Conditions | How to book ?
Booking Mode: After receiving your request, we will check the availability of your dates with the Villa Manager. Within 24 working hours, we will answer you by email to confirm your request. If you wish to continue your reservation, payment will be asked of you by Mail with a PayPal payment link. 100% of the rental amount will be required to confirm your reservation. The Villa remains accessible in the calendar until confirmation of your payment.
Possible Payment Method: Owner Thai bank account
Rental Confirmation: Upon receipt of payment confirmation received, the Reservation Invoice will be to you by email; it will prove your booking.
Important note: The Villa has the rental license and guest insurance. No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the villa.
Terms of cancelation:
Guests can cancel until 72 hours before check-in for an 80% of refund
If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid for each night they stay, plus two additional night
On arrival in the Villa: Deposit needed (payable in cash at the check-in and refundable at the check-out). Value: 10000.00 THB (in Thai Baht only).
Charges payable: an electricity meter reading will be done with the tenant on arrival and at the check-out of the Villa. The electricity consumption during your stay is your responsibility and will be payable at the check-out of the Villa at cost (7 THB / Kwa) and deducted from the deposit paid initially.
Water is included in the rental Price.
